Slater’s 50/50 Las Vegas wanted to create a burger our meat-lovers and plant based guests alike could enjoy with the same flavors, but different ingredients. The Vegan Shroomin’ Onion is so good; you won’t miss the meat. It is made with two umami-marinated portobello mushrooms, topped with sautéed mushrooms, carmelized onions, crispy onions, roasted red pepper, vegan garlic aioli, pickeled jalapeños and arugula on a vegan bun. For team carnivore, we have the 50/50 Shroomin’ Onion made with Slater’s signature 50/50 beef and bacon blended patty, topped with sautéed mushrooms, crispy Portobello mushroom, caramelized onions, crispy onions, roasted red pepper, chipotle mayo, smoked gouda and arugula on a brioche bun.
Our Battle of the Burgers will be available through the month of June and guests can always come in and enjoy Slater’s 50/50 classics like the Original 50/50, the Pork-a-Palozza platter, Fried Bacon Mac N Cheese Balls and more!
