From Slater’s 50/50 Las Vegas, spicy sushi-grade ahi tuna, cilantro slaw, toasted sesame seeds, pickled jalapeños, chipotle crema, scallions and chile-lime hominy piled high on crispy corn chips. “We love nachos but wanted to feature a twist on traditional flavors. Our Ahi Tuna Poke Nacho appetizer combines sweet and spicy flavors to give guests the perfect snack!” says chef Cindy Sun.
